Attend meeting: https://remote.itu.int/
09:30 – 17:00 Geneva | 03:30 – 11:00 New York | 05:30 – 13:00 Brasilia | 14:00-21:30 New Delhi | 16:30 – 24:00 Beijing/Singapore | 17:30 – 01:00 Tokyo/Seoul
TUESDAYDAY 1
With 3 days from 10am to 4pm incl. 0.75 hour lunchbreak, and 42 slots like last time, we would have: 3×5,25×60÷42 = 22,5 min per slot. That is e.g. 8 min presentation and 12 min discussion and 2,5 min buffer.
We suggest having 20-min speaker slots (for the keynotes, the full 20 min are available; for the other speakers, we would provide 8 min for presentations, 7 min for discussions--a 2 question maximum and all other questions in the discussion box, and 5 min buffer)
15 February 2022
Each speaker: 7 min. presentation. 7 min. discussion. Please join meeting at least 1 h before your assigned time slot. Tentative timetable can change at last minute.
